Information you provide
The student form collects your course and payment preferences, name, contact details, address, optional comments and optional documents. The employer form collects company, vacancy and recruiting contact information, optional links, comments and attachments.
How forms work
When you submit a form, its contents and attachments are sent by email to info@buffalodrivertraining.com so the school can review and respond to your request. Applications do not confirm admission, a booking or a payment. Employer submissions are reviewed before publication.
Please provide only information needed for your request. Driver’s licence images are optional; you may contact the office to arrange another way to provide them. Do not include payment-card information, passwords, medical reports or a Social Insurance Number.
Technical information
The form service uses a temporary session cookie to help protect submissions, and short-lived security records to limit repeated requests. The website does not save your entered form details in browser storage. The form handler does not keep a separate application database or permanent upload folder; sent submissions remain in the school’s email system.
The hosting and email providers process technical information needed to operate their services. Their normal logs and email retention settings also apply.
